Flicker is all about gorgeous distortions. The kinds of long atmospherics and sounds you’ll hear in the films of David Lynch, Peter Strickland (Berberian Sound Studio, In fabric) or Panos Cosmatos (Mandy). These tones, pads and arps are not copies of their sounds, but instead are the type of musical palette that would easily fit into their eerie yet beautiful worlds.
